The job

Siemens EDA is looking for a junior Software Developer to join Aprisa family.

You will be a meaningful member on the team, leading by sophisticated engineers and work on exciting projects. You will report to a software development manager who will be utterly dedicated to your success and the success of Aprisa family. The job requires you prioritise the schedule of projects. You will meet development and training expectations by working with the team.

Who you are

You own challenges, finding solutions even when it might mean leaving your lane; you can easily find examples of this when asked.

You are flexible & eager to learn new things. Experience in software development that match the making impact role you're about to seek is a huge plus.

What you have done

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in P&R EDA tool development, preferably in routing
• Experience with large-scale enterprise software projects is highly valued but not required
• Proficiency in C/C++
• Strong background in algorithm development, graph theory, geometry manipulation and debugging
• Familiarity with advanced technologies or machine learning is valued
• Experience with Linux, shell scripting, Tcl, Perl and Python is advantageous
• Knowledge of multithreaded implementation and Linux/UNIX is a plus
• Excellent communication skill in English & Mandarin
