About this Role
Are you a dynamic and results-driven marketing leader with a passion for driving business growth in the vibrant APAC region? We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Program Manager to strategically plan, implement, and optimize high-impact marketing programs, with a particular emphasis on the pivotal Taiwan market. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who grows with strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and outstanding cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results and elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Growth & Market Leadership: Take full ownership of accomplishing comprehensive marketing programs across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Taiwan. Play a key role in consistently achieving high-reaching growth targets and business objectives, directly contributing to market share expansion and revenue growth.
- Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and handle end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring strong alignment and integration across multiple marketing functions. Collaborate closely with Solution Marketing, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Market Research, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver cohesive and high-impact campaigns.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work in close partnership with senior managers and directors to find opportunities, compose strategies, and implement innovative marketing initiatives. Contribute valuable insights that help define and strengthen regional marketing direction.
- Address Complex Marketing Challenges: Apply deep expertise to address sophisticated marketing issues, delivering well-informed solutions. Influence decision-making through effective communication and a solid understanding of technical offerings.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, demonstrating strong project management and hands-on execution skills to engage key accounts, establish links, and accelerate pipeline growth.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Extensive Marketing Experience:7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing program management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
- APAC Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the APAC region, with demonstrated experience; expertise and an established network in Taiwan are highly advantageous.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is important to effectively engage with diverse collaborators. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships, foster collaboration, and influence across all organizational levels.
- Technical Acumen & Industry Insight: A proven technical foundation, ideally within Electronics, Semiconductor, or EDA industries. You understand the market, the customer, and the value behind the solutions!
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess sophisticated market trends, interpret data, and convert insights into actionable, high-impact marketing strategies.
- Results-Oriented Execution: Proven track record to lead projects from idea to execution, delivering measurable results every time while continuously improving and innovating!
Skills and Experience:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in technology marketing or sales.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate marketing program performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimize campaigns as needed.
- Knowledge of B2B business buyer's journey and ability to discuss with the marketing team leader on demand generation, sales pipeline contribution, sales opportunity acceleration, etc.
- Ability to promote available marketing assets using digital and non-digital tactics to a range of B2B customers.
- Experience in planning and delivering events such as trade shows, seminars and webinars.
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) programs is an added advantage.
- Ability to constantly adapt to changes in the market and accompany changes in the organization. Also, a good candidate is highly motivated, has a strong curiosity about new fields and scope of work, is patient, is good at collaborating with other team members, and has a goal- and result-oriented approach.
- Experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (such as Eloqua), along with other marketing tools (e.g., Allocadia, Wrike, Stensul). Candidates with limited experience should demonstrate the willingness and ability to quickly learn and independently use these tools through available resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse collaborators in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
