The Job

Siemens EDA is seeking a Software Developer to join the Aprisa family.

You will be a vital team player, collaborating with experienced engineers to develop and enhance clock tree synthesis and optimization technologies in advanced process node. This position is well-suited for candidates at the entry level of their software engineering career who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to complex, performance-critical systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading projects from conception to deployment, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Tackling complex technical challenges and providing innovative solutions.

You are flexible and eager to learn new things. Experience in software development that aligns with the impactful role you seek is a significant plus.

What You Have Done

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), or Computer Science (CS) with 1-3 years of experience in large-scale enterprise software projects is highly desirable but not required. However, expertise in developing new algorithms, handling external tool integration, and optimizing large-scale software projects is greatly appreciated.

You should have a solid understanding of C/C++ software development and debugging techniques, including:

Proficiency in C/C++

Knowledge of pushing PPA from R2G, especially in the Clock Tree Synthesis area. Possess deep validated experience on implementing leading-edge CTS engines.

Additionally, the following skills are a plus:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly.
• Collaboration: Strong social skills to work optimally within a team environment.
