The Data Administrator is responsible for accurately entering data into systems, validating the accuracy of inserted, delivered, or existing data, and tracking input requirements from other team members. This role supports the transition to new tools and assists in cleaning up the current data environment. The focus is on administrative tasks rather than taking on full responsibility for data management.
Key Responsibilities:
* To perform precise data entry tasks across various systems and databases, ensuring timely and accurate input. While maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity during the entry process.
* Conduct trainings regarding tool usage
* Create and maintain floorplans with the use of a CAD-System
* Conduct thorough validation checks on newly inserted, delivered, or existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness. As well as identifying and rectify any discrepancies or errors found in the data entries.
* Monitor and track data input requirements from other team members, ensuring all necessary data is collected and entered, while collaborate with team members to facilitate the timely delivery of required data inputs.
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
* Assist in the adoption and implementation of new data management tools, providing necessary support and training to team members. As well as help streamline the transition process to enhance overall data management efficiency.
* Participate in the cleanup and organization of the current data environment, focusing on removing duplicate or outdated entries and ensure the data environment is well-organized and up to date, supporting overall data integrity.
Skills and Abilities:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience with the use of AutoCAD for floorplan creation
* General experience with Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administrator or similar
* Additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus
* Knowledge about the BOMA-Standard
* 2+ years of experience in data administration or management
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
* Office environment with standard working hours
