Responsibilities
* Sponsors quality processes and procedures throughout the product lifecycle, including inspections, code reviews, requirements traceability, code coverage, and quality improvement.
* Sets expectations for product quality, creates measurement plans, and ensures execution.
* Accountable for schedule predictability and measuring progress toward objectives.
* Ensures the product meets required quality levels at each phase and works effectively in customer environments; collaborates with customers, marketing, and support to understand requirements.
* Records verification and validation efforts for result reproducibility.
* Assesses product technical capabilities (usability, functionality, reliability, serviceability).
* Tests for defects, limitations, and boundary conditions.
* Collaborates and coordinates with global engineering and QA teams.
* Reviews functional and design specifications, project documentation, and provides input for product and release documentation.
Requirements
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering Electronics and Communication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science - or equivalent
* Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy)
* Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms
* Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and feature engineering for various data types
* Experience in large Language models is a plus
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical participants.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Knowledge with agile development methodologies
* Familiar with working on Linux/Unix OS.
* Self-Motivated engineer with good capability for continuous learning
