About the role / Segment
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Simcenter Autonomy team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our Simcenter Autonomy solutions: a powerful solution suite designed to accelerate the development, testing, and validation of autonomous vehicle (AV) systems and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). It integrates cutting-edge tools like Simcenter Prescan and Simcenter Autonomy Data Analysis to streamline the workflow for AV development. Simcenter Prescan provides a high-fidelity simulation platform to model real-world driving environments, sensor data (LiDAR, radar, camera), and traffic scenarios, enabling rigorous testing of perception, control, and decision-making algorithms. Simcenter Autonomy Data Analysis complements this by offering advanced tools to process and analyze vast amounts of data generated during simulation and real-world testing, providing actionable insights to improve AV system performance. Together, these tools allow engineers to validate ADAS/AV functions in virtual environments before physical deployment, reducing costs and risks. With cloud-based scalability and compliance with industry safety standards, Simcenter Autonomy ensures teams can tackle the complexity of autonomous mobility with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Simcenter Autonomy, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
Collaborate with external partners to offer a complete solution to the market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Application Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to deliver high-quality products on time.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Define product requirements and specifications and work closely with the R&D team to ensure successful implementation.
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a product evangelist, representing Simcenter Autonomy at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
