About the role
We are looking for a Software Project Manager to join our Central Eastern Europe, Turkey & UCCA Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of PLM and MOM software implementation projects, supporting enterprise‑level customers across the region as they transform their engineering and manufacturing operations with Siemens Xcelerator.
You can be based anywhere in the Czech Republic or Hungary. We offer remote working, with occasional visits to customer sites
What You'll Be Doing
* Shape and structure projects from the outset by working with Sales and Services Management to define delivery approaches, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure customer expectations are aligned.
* Lead the end‑to‑end project lifecycle using the Siemens Delivery Framework—reviewing requirements, defining scope, aligning on objectives, and actively managing risks throughout the engagement.
* Drive issue resolution by working closely with internal stakeholders and customer teams to ensure smooth progress and timely decision‑
* Own project financial performance, delivering against approved budgets and margins, monitoring progress, and providing clear and realistic forecasts.
* Be an ambassador for Siemens values, contributing positively to our culture, strengthening relationships with customers and partners, and upholding our reputation across the market.
* Travel to customer locations when required, in line with project needs and DISW guidance.
What You Bring
* Proven experience leading software delivery projects, ideally including implementation and post‑go‑live customer support.
* Background working with enterprise‑level software applications. Knowledge of PLM / MOM platforms (Teamcenter, Opcenter) is ideal, but we also welcome candidates with SAP or ERP implementation experience in manufacturing‑focused industries such as automotive, aerospace, or defence.
* Experience working directly with external customers in a commercial project environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with Czech or Slovak language abilities considered highly desirable.
