Co-operative student education students participate in a structured educational strategy integrating classroom studies with learning through productive work experience in a field related to a student's academic or career goals. It provides progressive experiences in integrating theory and practice through a formal, structured work / study program which is defined by university requirements. Co-op students receive college credit / grade for their experience while alternating terms of work and school, typically over a three year period.
