Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior C/C++ Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Poland. You'll drive the design and development of cutting-edge EDA solutions that empower global manufacturers to innovate at scale. You'll work on complex technical challenges, collaborate with world-class engineers, and contribute to products that shape the future of electronic design. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize EDA software solutions for chip, board, and system design applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into robust technical implementations
- Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex design challenges
- Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement of development practices
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise across the team
- Participate in agile development cycles and deliver high-quality software on schedule
Qualifications
Must-have:
- C/C++ proficiency
- Visual Studio experience
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Understanding of modeling and/or mathematical modeling
- Experience developing and/or maintaining complex software architecture and algorithms
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of professional experience in EDA software development or related engineering domain
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of circuit analysis, algebra, calculus
- VHDL AMS / Verilog AMS
- Bash scripting
- Java
- EDA products experience and understanding of EDA objects and principles

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is PLN 207,200 to PLN 356,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
