We are looking a QA/Test Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

Main Responsibilities:

• Master functional verification technologies.
• Write, maintain, and execute product test and quality plans.
• Create, execute, and summarize test cases and their status.
• Participate in various product testing activities throughout the release life cycle.
• Build test automation frameworks to eliminate manual testing rework and reduce testing turnaround time.
• Understand customer use cases and support the integration of customer designs into our test environments.
• Perform product benchmarking and performance measurement iterations to capture tool performance data between releases.
• Report, validate, and triage defects to identify the root cause of issues and define their criticality for the R&D groups.
• Utilize code coverage techniques and tools to quantitatively evaluate product test coverage.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Very good knowledge of digital/RTL design fundamentals.
• Solid knowledge of hardware description languages such as Verilog, VHDL, and SystemVerilog.
• Prior knowledge of Siemens tools, such as simulation tools and functional verification flows, is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Perl and Python.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share knowledge effectively with others.
