We are seeking a seasoned Verification Engineer with strong knowledge of protocol standards and verification methodologies such as UVM. The Verification IP Product Engineer (PE) will define protocol feature prioritization for verification IP products to address current and emerging protocol standards.
The PE will also guide customers in creating verification testbench methodologies based on UVM and drive the rollout of verification IP for new protocols. In addition, the PE will work closely with marketing teams to conduct market research, support product positioning, and develop presentation materials.
Job Responsibilities:
* Focus on solution scalability.
* Ensure optimal project outcomes, particularly in terms of deployability and quality.
* Collaborate closely with global software engineering, product marketing, WTO, and customers.
* Engage early adopters and ensure success with new developments and features.
* Develop use models and test cases for customers in the U.S., Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
* Act as the customer's advocate within the product team.
* Develop high-quality training materials and deliver training sessions for field teams and customers.
* Provide in-depth second-line technical support during beta phases and early production ramp-up.
* Identify and analyze customer challenges during deployments.
Job Qualifications:
* 3-6 years of experience in functional verification or related domains.
* Strong knowledge of digital design using HDL languages (SystemVerilog and Verilog).
* Advanced knowledge of functional verification methodologies (UVM).
* Familiarity with Questa simulation flows is a plus.
* Knowledge of protocol standards such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, and AMBA is a plus.
* Familiarity with advanced debug environments is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to learn and explore new technologies.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely within a global team environment.
* Strong command of English and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.
