Siemens Digital Industries Software (DI SW) business segments are on an explosive journey of adding Artificial Intelligence offerings to its broad & diverse product portfolio targeted at improving the value proposition and efficiency of our customers.
A central "Data & AI Program" has been established to coordinate, drive & support multitude of AI Initiatives. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to be part of this critical program and take on the role of Senior Product Manager reporting to the Global AI Program Manager.
This is a cross-segment AI Program level role, requiring extreme collaborative engagement across all the DI SW Segments & Product Lines, GS&CS, Partnership team, Legal and various other functions. It will also include collaborating with broader Siemens Business in Digital Industries, Foundation Technologies and IT.

Your Responsibilities:
Focal point in the AI Program for AI Driven Productivity Initiatives, with following as some key responsibilities:
* Collaborate, coordinate and influence AI Driven Productivity initiatives across multiple business lines, for metrics driven results
* Own & drive an up-to-date running Inventory of all AI Driven Productivity initiatives across all product business lines
* Engage & Partner with Global Sales and Customer Success organization on their AI driven productivity initiatives
* Represent DI SW in Siemens AG projects and workstreams related to AI Driven Productivity initiatives
* Responsible for regular reporting on AI Driven Productivity initiatives & related metrics to leadership
Focal contact with legal team for the AI Program
* Supporting creation and reviews of key AI development process elements
* Supporting creation of standardized responses to Customer queries
Support following aspects of AI in Products
* Definition & alignment of Overall AI Vision & Strategy across business lines
* Perform Product Management responsibilities for selected cross-business product offerings
* Support customer engagements on selected topics as needed
* Support selected engagement with Partners (e.g. hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft)
* Stay on top of dynamically changing Competitive & Market dynamics, & apply insights to product & productivity initiatives
Skills & Abilities Required:
* Strong background in both business and technical roles
* Able to optimally connect with senior management and corporate level customers
* Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills
* Ability to work autonomously on multiple highly sophisticated projects simultaneously
Education & Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (MBA is a strong plus)
* 10+ years of relevant & demonstratable work experience in Technical Product Management
* 10+ years of enterprise software & technology experience
* 5+ years Cross Organization engagement & Ability to interface with internal and external customers of varying technical abilities (Development, Sales, Services, Partners, etc.)
* Ability to proactively identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve issues that sometimes cross departmental boundaries
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
* Understanding of evolving AI technologies - Generative, LLMs, RAG, Agents, Agent Frameworks
* Understanding and experience of modern enterprise data & integration architectural patterns
* Deep industrial knowledge and experience in one or more sectors; Enterprise / IT, PLM, OT
