Thought Leadership & External Engagement
- Act as a Siemens ambassador, actively engaging in a full spectrum of external activities. This includes presenting at industry conferences, authoring white papers and blogs, and collaborating with sales teams on account strategy.
- Build and maintain a strong personal brand as a subject matter expert in digital transformation for Automotive and Heavy Equipment industries.
Internal Influence & Coordination
- Influence and collaborate extensively with a wide array of internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Product Development, Pre-Sales, and Technical Account Managers.
- Synthesize diverse inputs from customers and the sales organization to refine messaging and identify new market opportunities.
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure a consistent and powerful message is delivered to the market.

- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive).
- Influencer & Collaborator: Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and driving consensus across various internal organizations (Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Pre-Sales).
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding customer challenges and translating them into solution-oriented messaging.
- Resilience & Problem-Solver: Ability to navigate and coordinate numerous diverse teams, turning this complexity into an opportunity for unified impact.
