As part of the EDA Consulting Services Verification team, the Services Consultant works with other Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to support the implementation of customer projects and accelerate adoption of Siemens EDA Verification technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consulting services covering a broad range of functional verification and emulation activities.
  • Help meet customer requirements, as defined in consulting agreements, including but not limited to the following:
    • Verification strategy and planning.
    • Verification testbench, testcase and infrastructure development.
    • Verification requirements closure.
  • Help customers leverage the full capability of Siemens EDA tools and technologies.
  • Build and maintain positive team relationships and take advantage of mentors and opportunities to learn technical and consulting skills.
    • Learn latest leading edge verification technologies and methodologies.
  • Work with Siemens EDA cross functional teams to support customer EDA tools deployments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
    • Curriculum focus on RTL development and verification is preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of Verification Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented software concepts.
  • Travel and work from customer sites as needed.
    • Duration of work at a customer site is dependent on customer requirements.

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The total cash compensation range for this position is $79,600 to $159,200 with 10% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
