El Qahera El Gididaa, EgyptSiemens Digital Industries Software is driving transformation to enable a digital enterprise where engineering, manufacturing and electronics design meet tomorrow. Our solutions help companies of all sizes create and leverage digital twins that provide organizations with new insights, opportunities and levels of automation to drive innovation.
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
Imagine owning the web portals that connect Siemens employees worldwide to critical enterprise services—licensing, business integrations, software delivery, and analytics. As Technical Product Manager for Foundational Technologies, you'll lead the product strategy for internal portals that enable seamless discovery, onboarding, and management of these services. You'll lead your portal development team while partnering closely with the product managers who own licensing, integrations, software delivery, and analytics services—as well as architecture, quality assurance, UX, and security teams—to translate their capabilities into intuitive, user-centric portal experiences that drive measurable impact across the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio and in support of the ONE Tech Company program. This is a high-visibility role where you'll modernize how Siemens employees access and leverage foundational services, optimize user workflows, and accelerate digital transformation—all while working in a collaborative, growth-focused culture that values curiosity, integrity, and results.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive the portal roadmap for foundational services (licensing, integrations, software delivery, analytics).
• Partner with service PMs and cross-functional teams to translate capabilities into intuitive portal features.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and prioritize portal improvements.
• Own end-to-end portal UX from discovery and onboarding to API integration and self-service dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve adoption, usability, and business value.
Preferred Qualification
• 5+ years in Technical Product Management with portal, platform, or enterprise tool experience.
• Strong grasp of web technologies (APIs, microservices, cloud) and UX best practices.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven success delivering portals that drive user adoption and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Fluent English for effective global team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to shape how Siemens employees discover and access foundational services through world-class portal experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Please apply through Siemens Careers with your resume and a short note on your relevant portal and enterprise-tool product experience.
