Position Overview
We are expanding our DACH Sales team and are actively searching for an Enterprise Account Executive! In this role, you'll be instrumental in building strong relationships and showcasing business value to both IT and senior business executives. As a driven self-starter, you will concentrate on developing a robust business pipeline, addressing challenges that impact your team's ability to meet their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify opportunities, developing them into high-value deals that drive revenue growth
- Consistently communicate and brainstorm with the extended team around all aspects of account and opportunity development
- Build relationships and establish communications at the highest executive levels in your accounts to understand their needs, priorities, and strategic objectives
- Confirm and communicate the differentiated value of Mendix and RapidMiner to customers at both technical and business levels
- Identify customer approvers, decision makers, and influencers, and develop tailored strategies for each to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
- Take the core role in the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities
Qualifications:
- Extensive Enterprise Software sales experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets (5+ years)
- Proven experience selling PaaS or low-code solutions to Enterprise organisations
- Reliable network and established relationships within Enterprise sectors
- Proven ability to handle complex sales cycles and provide coordination and direction to extended teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies; proficiency in German and English required
- Ability to travel as needed, largely within the DACH region

Our Benefits & Rewards
The total cash compensation range for this position is €90,100 to €180,000 with 50% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
