Position Overview

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you'll work on complex software applications using various programming languages and frameworks, participating in different phases of the software development lifecycle with a strong focus on design and programming. You'll collaborate with talented engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that shape the future of electronic design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex software applications using various programming languages and frameworks.
• Participate across different phases of the software development lifecycle, with emphasis on software design and programming.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and cross-functional business units on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and contribute to code quality and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to translate requirements into robust, scalable software solutions.
• Take ownership of your work with a solution-oriented mindset and high degree of accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in C++.
• Good knowledge of Python programming.
• Understanding of Socket Programming and Multithreaded Programming concepts.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with independent judgment and positive mindset.

Our Benefits & Rewards

The salary range for this position is $17,700 to $35,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
