About the role
We are looking for a talented Simulation PreSales Solution Consultant to join our regional presales team.
This is a high‑impact technical PreSales role primarily focused on structural analysis within our Simcenter and Altair‑based portfolio. You will work closely with Account Orchestrators and Simulation Sales Executives to identify opportunities, understand customer challenges, and demonstrate how Siemens simulation technology creates real business value. Your efforts will complement the work of other sales team members to bring the unique Siemens end-to-end value proposition to customers through Digital Threads.
Based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh / Jeddah / Dammam), you will operate with a high degree of independence while collaborating with colleagues across South Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
What You'll Be Doing
* Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements and identify simulation‑driven opportunities.
* Deliver compelling technical presentations, live demonstrations and Proof‑of‑Concept activities tailored to customer needs.
* Showcase the value of simulation and related capabilities to influence customer purchasing and solution adoption decisions.
* Build pilot environments, prepare demo material and guide customers through evaluation phases.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to shape winning strategies for mid‑to‑large engagements.
* Support Siemens partners to correctly position Siemens solutions.
* Act as the technical voice in the sales cycle — explaining the analysis process, results and real‑world business impact.
* Support conversations around digital twins and digitalization.
* Represent Siemens' simulation portfolio in a rapidly growing region.
What You Bring
* Mechanical/Aeronautical engineering degree or equivalent.
* Strong hands‑on experience in finite element analysis (FEA) and structural simulation.
* Experience applying simulation tools in industry.
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
* Simcenter 3D, Nastran, HyperMesh, OptiStruct, Inspire, SimSolid experience
* Automotive and/or aerospace & defence background
* Broad CAE exposure/knowledge (Systems Simulation, CFD, Test & Measurement).
* CAD familiarity — NX is a strong advantage.
* Awareness of Teamcenter or PLM environments.
* Previous PreSales experience.
