製品の技術担当者

特定のまたは複数のソフトウェアに関するソリューション導入プロセスにおける製品技術での実現可能性とデリバリをリードする

プロジェクトマネージャーやソリューションアーキテクトをサポートし、プロジェクト運営を技術的にサポートする

担当製品領域は以下のいずれか、もしくは全ての経験

①PLMやPDM、ALMなどの製品ライフマネジメント関連

②MOM、MES、製造準備領域など製造系ソリューション関連

③電気電子設計プラットフォーム関連

▼知識・経験

・5年以上の製造業向けの業務Applicationパッケージの導入・実装

・5年以上の商用プロダクトの導入、利用技術に関する業務経験

▼スキル・能力

・高いコミュニケーションスキル

・PLMやPDM等（類似製品）ソリューション提案・導入経験

・製造業向けのソリューション提案・導入経験

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

■学歴

・高等学校卒業以上

■待遇

・基本給年額：500～1,000万円（支払い日：毎月25日）

・基本給年額以外にターゲットインセンティブあり

・深夜勤務手当

■就業時間

・専門業務型裁量労働制（9:00～17:30 を標準労働時間帯とし、社員の裁量に委ねる）

・時間外労働：概念なし

■休日

年間休日：123日

完全週休二日制（毎週土曜日・日曜日）、国民の祝日、年末年始

年次有給休暇、傷病休暇、慶弔休暇、特別休暇（事由による）

産前産後休暇、生理休暇、介護休暇・子の看護休暇（ただしそれぞれ１日目～5日目までは有給）、育児及び介護休業（ただしそれぞれ最初の１日は有給）
