Position Overview:
Siemens Digital Industry Software is seeking an outstanding bilingual (Portuguese and English) Senior HR Operations Analyst to support securing the best talent in the market. The role will be based in Brazil starting as a 12-month contract as we continue to grow our business.

You'll make a difference by:
You will support our hiring in Brazil, Mexico, United States and Canada.
* Manage the new hire contracts and pre onboarding aspects of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle
* Support local Talent Acquisition functions
* Work well with members of the global P&O community
* Take accountability and drive the cross functional collaboration required to land innovation and practical change
* Contribute to the continuous improvement program which would include working closely with global Talent Acquisition Partner teams
* Work to clear expectations, performance measures and goals which are stretching and pushing operational boundaries and efficiencies
* Support the short- and long-term transition plans for the organization
* Assist with vendor partnerships to build and manage resource strategies, execute project plans, and acquire data to support recruitment activities
Your success is grounded in:
* A passion for continuous improvement and operations excellence
* Analytical mind with high levels of attention to detail
* The ability to influence and great communication skills
* Understanding of talent acquisition operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools
* Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required
* Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred (Workday, Avature)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
* Written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English
* You are available for a Fixed Term Contract (12 months period)
