The Global Support Team is looking for a passionate and skilled Salesforce Developer to join us!
The primary goal of this role is to collaborate with the CRM Team to identify, develop, and deliver applications that support our DI SW business’s key customer-facing processes. You'll help implement CRM applications that enhance business operations, ensuring reliability and value for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CRM Team and Product Owners to understand and document requirements in the form of User Stories.
- Develop, deploy, and integrate business systems/applications that enhance user productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure the functional quality of support tools across required platforms.
- Advocate for user needs and develop features aligned with their requirements.
- Analyze alternatives and resolve issues.
- Design, document, and execute software workflows, even for complex projects.
- Collect and incorporate user feedback into application updates and improvements.
- Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating technical expertise and independent judgment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of Salesforce.com System Administration experience.
- 3+ years of Salesforce.com development experience.
- 1-2 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment delivering MVPs.
- Proficiency in DevOps and automated testing tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Copado, Jenkins).
- Strong understanding of web technologies, relational databases (SQL), and Apex programming.
- Business process improvement skills (e.g., process mapping and problem-solving).
- Passion for delivering high-quality solutions and enhancing end-user experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
