Job Description:
* Provide expert technical support and deliver in-depth training to customers and Application Engineers (AEs).
* Foster product innovation through collaboration with software development teams, field engineers, and customers.
* Lead customer engagement by clearly communicating product value and benefits.
* Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for product improvement.
* Define and prototype new tool capabilities.
* Translate customer feedback and market needs into clear product requirements.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature development and implementation.
* Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and training resources.
Job Qualifications:
Technical: Essential to have:
* BS./MS. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Technical: Nice to have:
* Basic knowledge in design and physical & circuit verification processes.
* Prior knowledge and experience of CAD tools usage and/or development.
* Prior knowledge in semiconductor process engineering or back-end EDA tool programming.
* Good programming skills. (Tcl/Tk, Shell Scripting and/or Python, UNIX/Linux OS are necessary)

* Individuals with strong ability to learn and explore new technologies and
* Able to demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills
* Able to set personal goals and work consistently towards them in a dynamic environment
