We are seeking a young and dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience in selling engineering, manufacturing and logistics software solutions to industrial customers. This role focuses on driving growth through strategic customer and partner engagement and delivering first-class solutions that enables innovative engineering, smart manufacturing and logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop sales strategies, incorporating defined industry solutions and roadmap, and spearhead account development with partners.
* Identify new business opportunities in-country and implement joint go-to-market strategies with technical and business development teams, and partners.
* Drive sales opportunities, partner collaboration, and ensure alignment with company objectives and industry trends.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver SaaS engineering, manufacturing and logistics solutions.
* Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
* 5-12 years of experience in software sales, with a strong focus on engineering and automation solutions
* Proven track record of career progression—preferably started in a technical role (e.g., Application Engineer) and transitioned into sales.
* Experience selling SaaS-based software to manufacturing customers (e.g., MES, APS, Logistics Execution, cloud-based PLM).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Preferred languages -Excellent English Communication, and Vietnamese.
