The Solution Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering Solution Domain messaging and content that supports Siemens' Integrated Solution Campaigns and always-on global marketing execution.
Reporting to the Solution Marketing Team Lead, this role focuses on hands-on development, coordination, and operationalization of solution-level messaging, content frameworks, and enablement assets. The Solution Marketing Manager partners closely with Core and Industry Marketing to ensure solution narratives are accurate, differentiated, and consistently applied.
Essential Functions:
Solution Messaging & Content Development
* Develop differentiated solution narratives and content tailored to target buyer audiences (messaging briefs, SD topics, persona mapping)
* Create and maintain solution-level content frameworks and BOMs
* Support SD web pages, core assets, and campaign contributions
* Ensure messaging consistency with Core digital threads and Industry narratives
Campaign Support
* Support delivery of SD inputs into the ISC model
* Ensure content aligns with quality, compliance, and governance standards
* Coordinate with solution partners across DI SW and DI
Special Programs & Initiatives
* Contribute to Solution Domain-led initiatives and focus programs
* Support cross-functional solution campaigns and pilots
* Assist in aligning solution priorities with campaign execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Industry Marketing on solution adaptations
* Collaborate with DI SW segments and DI Business Units on solution scope and priorities
* Work with Product and Portfolio partners on accuracy and clarity
* Support Sales Enablement with messaging and content inputs
* Operate effectively within matrixed global teams
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
* 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, solution marketing, or campaign marketing within software or industrial environments
* Strong understanding of foundational solution marketing concepts, including positioning, buyer personas, and value articulation
* Hands-on experience creating messaging briefs, content outlines, or solution narratives in support of global campaigns
* Familiarity with Integrated Solution Campaign (ISC) models, digital thread concepts, or lifecycle-based marketing
* Experience collaborating with Core Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Sales Enablement teams to support campaign execution
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables while maintaining quality and consistency
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inputs, data, and feedback to improve messaging and execution
* Familiarity with software or industrial solution environments
* Experience developing or executing solution-level messaging, content frameworks, or campaign components
* Demonstrated ability to operate independently within defined strategic direction and governance frameworks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, structure, and usability
