This Inside Sales Associate Manager position is a great step for someone who is currently in an individual contributor sales role, but who would like to get more involved with training other on the concepts of selling! This person will have a passion for teaching and coaching others who may be more early in their sales careers. This person will also take-on managing the Inside Sales reps supporting our Learning Services solutions. In addition, this position will implement and manage the training program for the Account Development and Inside Sales rotations of the Sales Genesis programs, as well, all while being fully supported and developed further in this entry-leadership role. If you have had a curiosity or interest in managing, and have a passion for coaching others, this could be a very nice well-supported step into developing those areas in your career!
* This position will directly manage Inside Sales employees to ensure sales targets are achieved.
* This position reports to the Jeff Mueckl, Inside Sales Senior Manager in the Americas zone. This position will manage approximately 7 people.
Responsibilities
* Manage Inside Sales reps to ensure they are achieving Sales goals.
* Develop and implement Inside Sales and Account Development Rotational programs for Sales Genesis reps.
* Manage Sales Genesis reps through rotational programs.
* Work closely with internal sales management and stakeholders to establish and optimize operations and processes.
* Contribute to the development of employee training programs.
* Motivate employees to exceed their prospecting, qualifying, and sales objectives through strong leadership and coaching.
* Hire, develop, and retain sales talent.
* Analyze and report on team results.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Must currently reside on one of the locations listed
* 1-3 years software sales related experience
* 1-3 years working with sales methodologies and tools.
* 10-20% travel required.
* Will currently be located in the continental USA
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
* 1 to 3 years of experience leading Inside Sales Teams
* 3 plus years of enterprise technology or software sales experience
* Minimum one years of experience with popular CRM systems such as Salesforce.
