About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Project Manager to support the delivery of the Realize LIVE event series, Siemens' flagship global event programme. Reporting through the Senior Event Strategist to the Sr. Director of Global Events, you will play a critical supporting role in ensuring operational excellence across the Americas, Europe, and APAC.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in project management, enjoys coordinating across multiple workstreams, and is eager to learn the strategic aspects of global programme leadership. While the immediate focus will be on execution and coordination, the position offers a clear growth path.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Coordination
* Own and manage project management tools (Wrike or equivalent), ensuring accurate tracking of deliverables, risks, and dependencies across 10+ global workstreams.
* Support the Senior Event Strategist in driving alignment between global and regional event teams.
* Coordinate timelines, workflows, and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed and projects on track.
Operational & Financial Support
* Assist with budget tracking and reconciliation across regions, monitoring expenses, ticket sales, and sponsorship revenue.
* Work with finance, legal, and vendors to ensure compliance and efficient resource use.
* Support vendor and agency management, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Partner with sales, marketing, and customer advocacy teams to support audience acquisition and engagement initiatives.
* Provide regular reporting and updates to Senior Event Strategist and advisory boards, consolidating data and insights prepared by workstream leads.
* Help coordinate steering committees, advisory boards, and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Continuous Improvement
* Gather and analyze feedback to help shape recommendations for future Realize LIVE events.
* Support initiatives that streamline processes and create scalable, repeatable ways of working.
* Track industry trends and competitor benchmarks to inform best practices.
Growth & Development
* Work closely with the Senior Event Strategist to understand the long-term vision for Realize LIVE.
* Develop the leadership and strategic skills needed to step into a larger role in programme ownership.

Qualifications & Experience
* 8-10 years of experience in project management or event operations, ideally in B2B events, conferences, or large-scale programmes.
* Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Experience supporting large budgets and working with vendors and agencies.
* Hands-on event logistics experience (physical, virtual, and hybrid formats).
* Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across regions and cultures.
