As part of global engineering services team, works productively with Engineers, Project & Program Managers, Engagement Managers, Sales and other internal & external interfaces to support the customer to achieve their objectives.
Responsible for the delivery of individual project and technical expertise in Engineering Services, executing simulation tasks, ensuring quality results that enable SISW to deliver successful solutions and provide value to the customer.
In line with project processes and messaging, interact with the customer to support the management of customer expectations and support customer.
Works under self management and cooperation with colleagues. Actively participates in the Engineering Services Community of Practice, leveraging technical best practices and templates to deliver project tasks, providing experiences to support continual improvement.

3. Top 3 Experience or skills the candidate must have
- Modeling skills with 1D system simulation tool (Amesim, GT-Suite, Dymola, Simulink and etc.)
- Auto industry experience as a 1D system model technical engineer
- The ability to speak English to prepare technical documentation and to present to global team
4. Nice to have skills
- Project experience of model developing execution and project managing
- Good at Python programming or scripting for automation scripting
- Experiences of multi-physical systems (thermal, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
- Leadership at problem solving by collaboration/negotiation with customers or internal teams
- Good at planning, executing projects, and troubleshooting issues
- Good at Technical documentation and communication skills for customer interaction
5. Minimum/maximum years of experience:
- More than 3 years of experience as 1D system modeling engineer
