We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Technology and Innovation Team, where you’ll lead new technology developments and drive innovation projects across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced statistical models and cutting-edge machine learning algorithms for structured and unstructured data to support decision-making.
- Explore and implement innovative techniques to solve complex problems using mathematical, statistical, and AI models.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to transition AI innovations into scalable, reliable solutions.
- Deliver insights through reports, visualizations, and presentations to drive business action.
- Partner with software engineers to integrate data science products into global solutions.
- Exhibit a product-focused mindset, driving the ideation, design, and automation of data products.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Stay at the forefront of advancements in LLM, NLP, deep learning, and machine learning algorithms, leveraging emerging technologies for improved solutions.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Economics, Psychology).
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in global, distributed teams.
- Strong foundational skills in data organization, cleaning, and analysis, with a proven ability to apply data science methodologies to solve complex problems.
- Expertise in fine-tuning and deploying large deep-learning models.
- Experience with generative, multi-modal, or multi-task models is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python programming and handling large datasets.
- Strong academic and publication record preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
