Sustainability Digital Marketing & Enablement Manager - 298832
Position Summary: Are you passionate about sustainability? Our Sustainability team is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Enablement Manager who can drive engagement on digital platforms and network together different communities for our customers, partners, and employees to help them connect, share ideas, and voice opinions on the topic of sustainability. This role requires a self-motivated and organized professional to lead Siemens’ sustainability initiatives across communities and digital platforms including content adaptation and development. The mission is to make it easier for Siemens’ customers and internal audiences to discover, participate, and have valuable conversations with peers who share their interests. Nurturing the health and participation of the sustainability conversation across communities and other digital platforms is the focus of this role. · Identify relevant communities and understand what participants want and need on the topic of sustainability · Develop an overarching sustainability strategy to amplify Siemens’ visibility in the community and on social media · Define community program goals and drive implementation including process development, documentation, and communications for rollout · Align with Marketing on sustainability messaging and adapt it to the tone and format of the communities and platforms · Establish "always on" engagement programs and community experiences such as reward programs and events that bring the community to life · Raise awareness of community engagement activities with internal stakeholders and translate community insights to help product teams improve Siemens’ sustainability offerings · Define key performance indicators to track progress against program objectives and capture lessons learned to continuously improve · Develop global expansion plans and navigate language and cultural differences to ensure active and healthy communities worldwide Qualifications and Skills: · BA or BS in Marketing or related field · 6+ years working in digital community strategy, ideally combined with more tactical community enablement and management experience · Experience with developing playbooks to design, roll out, implement, and execute an effective community strategy · Proven track record of amplifying engagement across platforms and delivering operational excellence in the community space · Ability to execute multiple complex program initiatives simultaneously · Skilled communicator that can deliver nuanced feedback both to internal teams and community members · Deeply passionate about fairly representing community members through all the ups and downs of community development and engagement · Highly data literate with a strong ability to collect and interpret data using a variety of methods · Ability to work cross functionally and engage with many teams and stakeholders in an impactful way · Fluent in English, other language fluency is a plus · Working experience with a focus on sustainability is a plus #LI-AA1 Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Industry Software Inc.
