Baseline Program Requirements:
* Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university

Position Overview:
The Revenue Development Intern supports the Revenue Development Team by assisting with strategic projects, pilot initiatives, and data-driven analytics. This role provides hands-on exposure to revenue operations, sales strategy, and performance measurement, helping the team optimize processes, evaluate new approaches, and support scalable revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project & Pilot Support
* Assist with planning, executing, and documenting revenue-related projects and pilot programs.
* Support testing of new tools, processes, and go-to-market initiatives.
* Help gather feedback, track outcomes, and summarize pilot results and recommendations.
* Analytics & Insights
* Support data collection, cleaning, and analysis related to revenue performance and pipeline activity.
* Assist in building reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.
* Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities within sales and revenue data.
* Revenue Operations Support
* Assist with maintaining data accuracy across CRM and reporting tools.
* Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
* Collaboration & Communication
* Partner with Revenue Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on cross-functional initiatives.
* Support meeting preparation, notes, and follow-ups for project and pilot reviews.
* Provide regular updates on assigned tasks, project progress, and findings.
Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Data/Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
* Strong interest in revenue operations, sales strategy, analytics, or business transformation.
* Comfort working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools; exposure to BI tools is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical thinker with curiosity for understanding how revenue is generated and scaled.
* Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Collaborative, coachable, and open to feedback.
* Motivated learner eager to gain real-world experience in a global organization.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location, as well as degree type and relevant education.
