Position Overview

Join our Software Engineering team and gain hands-on experience developing cutting-edge manufacturing planning software used by innovators worldwide. You will work on real projects within a collaborative team, contributing to solutions that support product planning and streamline manufacturing processes—primarily within the automotive industry

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop code in a 3D graphics manufacturing planning application under the guidance of senior engineers
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, documenting findings and solutions
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
• Learn and apply modern software development methodologies and tools

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 3 semesters remaining
• Strong proficiency in C++ with demonstrated academic or project experience
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Independent, creative, and self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving
• Passion for software engineering and continuous learning

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is 80 ILS for students pursuing a bachelor's degree during their first year of employment with Siemens. Starting from their second year of employment, students pursuing a bachelor's degree will receive 90 ILS per hour. Students pursuing a master's degree will receive 90 ILS per hour.
