You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of synthesis tools, driving innovation, and delivering differentiated capabilities that address the evolving challenges of power, performance, and design complexity.
You will collaborate with product management, quality assurance, technical publications, and customer support to deliver high-quality products on schedule. You will participate in the scheduling and estimation of tasks and assist in defining and developing best practices for software development. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design and technical direction for RTL synthesis tools within the digital ASIC design flow.

Define and evolve the architecture of RTL synthesis engines with a focus on power, performance, and area (PPA) optimization.

Drive innovation in RTL-level optimization techniques, including high-level synthesis-aware transformations and low-power synthesis strategies.

Work closely with product development teams to ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and technical differentiation.

Provide technical mentorship and leadership across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with long-term development goals.
