Key Responsibilities
* Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and efficient software applications and services across various platforms.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to software engineering best practices. Develop and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and system tests.
* Integrate software components and systems, ensuring seamless deployment and operation in production environments.
* Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and optimize software applications for speed, scalability, and resource efficiency.
* Independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our systems.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical discussions, fostering a collaborative and high-quality development process.
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in software engineering and related technologies, proposing innovative solutions and continuously improving our development practices.
* Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and operational guides.
* On specific projects, you may have the opportunity to work with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into applications, build data pipelines, or develop AI-driven features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field, with 2-5 years of professional experience in software development.
* ** Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript), with a focus on writing production-grade code.
* Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
* Practical experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
* Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
* Experience with designing and developing APIs (e.g., RESTful, GraphQL).
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their core services.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to independently tackle complex technical challenges.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
* A collaborative mindset with a track record of successfully working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with machine learning concepts, libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and model integration into applications.**
* Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for model lifecycle management.
* Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
* Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) or specific back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, Flask).
* Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
