The Active Integration Services Practice is a global Customer Success team charted to define and drive the strategy, build, and deploy the intellectual property and support the execution of services to integrate DISW solutions with Enterprise Applications in customer production environments.

As the Integration Services Practice Senior Manager for the Americas, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality, value-driven integration consulting services across the region. You will oversee a team of approximately 12 direct reports and 8 contractors, ensuring operational continuity, effective resource utilization, and timely delivery of customer projects.

This role is accountable for maintaining a high-performing practice by balancing people leadership, delivery excellence, and strategic alignment with the global Integration Community of Practice (CoP). You will play a key role in defining and scaling integration service offerings while ensuring consistent execution across the Americas.

Siemens PLM Software is looking for a highly qualified candidate to lead the AMS Active Integration Services team engaged in architecture, configuration, and implementation services. This is a senior position with significant responsibilities to assist with overall software and services revenue generation by managing the AMS Active Integration Services Practice team reporting to the lead of the Global Integration Services Practice and interlocked to the AMS Pre-Sales and Services Teams. The AMS Integration Services Senior Manage will lead a US team of senior-level services professionals with the following objectives:

  • Drive ARR growth, services profitability and support efficiency
  • Improve customer experiences through optimized customer journeys
  • Orchestrate Industry, Segment and Zone interlock
  • Adopt Advantedge as the prescriptive approach for engaging clients throughout the customer journey
  • Leverage AI to improve the quality and efficiency of our services and support models
  • Develop world class services professionals

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Americas Integration Service Practice Lead responsibilities are:

People Management and Team Development

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performance US Integration Services team ensuring
  • appropriate structure and talent is in place to support a customer-centric culture
  • to ensure integration projects are successfully delivered
  • Recruitment and development of experienced Architects on as-needed basis based on real-world project pipeline forecast
  • Instill passion for Customer Success in Architects and Implementation Consultants
  • Set AMS Integration Service Practice team direction in conjunction with the Global
  • Customer Outcomes Integration Practice goals and objectives
  • Align with the AMS Pre-Sales and Service organizations to ensure integration projects are scoped and estimated appropriately based on known customer requirements
  • Conduct performance reviews, salary planning, and objective setting for all direct reports
  • Establish clear performance expectations, career paths, and development plans
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Create accountability and drive Siemens ownership of the customer experience throughout the AMS Integration Services organization

Global Alignment & Service Offering Development

  • Act as the Americas representative within the Global Integration Community of Practice (CoP)
  • Define and evolve integration service offerings in alignment with global standards and strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with global SMEs to develop, standardize, and scale service offerings
  • Ensure regional adoption and execution of global best practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Cultivate innovation allowing for new and better methodologies formore effective customer engagements, and manage the change
  • Continually monitor KPI's across the teams: develop priority criteria for AMS-wide integration activity
  • Coordinate project pipeline and resource pipeline with DI SW Global Delivery Network
  • Develop integration services offers in collaboration with AMS GCS services leads

Operational Excellence & Practice Continuity

  • Ensure continuity of business operations by maintaining consistent delivery performance and resource availability
  • Drive efficiency through standardized processes, tools, and delivery frameworks
  • Utilize Siemens Certinia PSA platform to manage resource planning, utilization tracking, and operational reporting
  • Identify opportunities to optimize delivery models and improve practice scalability

Sales & Stakeholder Support

  • Support Business Units and regional teams during pre-sales and solution development, particularly related to integration services
  • Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure delivery feasibility based on available capacity and expertise
  • Act as an escalation point for integration-related delivery challenges

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Passion for Customer Success and for making a positive impact with internal teams and customer implementation projects
  • Experience working in a global delivery or matrixed organization, collaborating with distributed teams and Communities of Practice
  • Able to embrace and facilitate change and excel in high stress situations
  • Excellent work ethic and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven Organizational Skills
  • Proven soft skills, business acumen, and the ability to read the room and effectively communicate and present to a diverse audience including technical and non-technical audiences including both Siemens and customer management teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resource planning, staffing, and utilization in a services environment
  • Familiarity with Siemens Certinia PSA platform (or similar professional services automation tools)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts, architectures, and delivery models
  • Experience supporting pre-sales, service offering development, and SOW creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational execution
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and Outlook
  • Exercises professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive corporate and partner information.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT consulting or services delivery, with a strong focus on system integration
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in leading implementation services teams
