The Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for a Sr. Manager, Technology Strategy and Portfolio who will join Technology Partner Ecosystem Strategy team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented leader with extensive cloud technology experience, strong strategic mindset and track record of building a high performing team, to join the organization. You will be working to shape the strategy and execution, to attract and engage Technology Partner ecosystem to develop new solutions and build business using Siemens Xcelerator products and APIs.
You and your team will work towards outcome that will lead to increased number of quality technology partners leveraging Siemens SaaS products, enhanced partner-ready product offerings, higher SaaS portfolio adoption, stronger and more integrated partner ecosystem. Ultimate measure will be the material impact the Tech Partner Ecosystem plays in delivering Siemens DISW goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define Strategy and execution for Technology Partner Ecosystem Portfolio Development
- Engage with selected partners for co-development, enhancing Xcelerator portfolio and market reach.
- Define Technology Partnership Engagement Framework and Portfolio Adoption
- Establish Technical Advisory and Build enablement on Siemens Xcelerator
- Provides technical and subject matter expertise to the partner community developing solutions using Siemens Xcelerator products. APIs, toolsets.
- Facilitate provisioning of Siemens SaaS solutions services and subscriptions to build and validate the new solutions.
Developer Network Strategy and Execution-
-Design and implement a unified strategy for engaging developers on Siemens Xcelerator product at a global scale.
-Develop and design business strategy for engaging developers, influencing a developer-centric product strategy, and driving thought leadership for the developer audience.
Cross- functional Team Collaboration-
-Work closely with product segments, CTO office to align on key partnership strategies with overall business objectives and ensure successful execution
Building and managing a high performing team-
-Develop and grow the team capabilities aligned with the team goal.
-Recruitment of new hires with right skillsets required to build the team.
-Drive Initiatives and work assignment for the team and mange timely delivery.
-Maintain team culture and motivation within the team.
Qualifications:
Education-
-Degree in computer science/engineering or related field and preferably Master of Business Administration
Experience-
-10+ years of experience in software development, developer marketing, developer evangelism, and/or app. engineering.
-Experience in cloud application development, DevOps, platform engineering, cloud-native application architecture
-Proficiency with developer tools like GitHub, VS Code, Kubernetes
-Experience working with technology partnership (ISV, developers, technologist) to develop solutions with SaaS applications, API-based development, extendibility on enterprise solutions.
-Managing team of technology advisors and subject matter experts.

-Understanding of engineering and manufacturing domain and software will be preferred but not required.

Siemens Software.Transform the Everyday
The salary range for this position is $140,100 to $252,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
