-Job Title: Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) Model Software Engineer
-Location: Hsinchu (In the first year, you must come into the office. Starting from the second year, you can work from home.)
-Department: Calibre R&D Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our R&D team in developing core engines for Calibre OPC modeling products. The technologies you build will directly support advanced semiconductor manufacturing at nodes beyond 3nm. 
In this role, you will:
-Design, implement, and maintain critical components of our EDA toolchain using modern C++.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
-Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization to maintain software quality and efficiency.
-WHO YOU ARE: You are flexible and eager to learn new things, accept new challenges, and develop influential products.
-WHAT YOU HAVE DONE: You have a master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent training.

Basic Qualifications:
-Strong programming skills in C++ (C++11 or newer).
-Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Experience using Linux/UNIX systems
.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with CUDA programming and GPU computing.
-Background in parallel and distributed computing.
-Familiarity with large-scale software systems and performance optimization.
-Experience with GUI development using frameworks such as Qt, PyQt, wxWidgets, or similar.
