Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a global team of prototyping experts, defining priorities, staffing plans, technical objectives, and measurable execution goals aligned with business needs.
- Own technical engagement with senior customer engineers and management, translating complex business and engineering challenges into scalable prototyping solutions.
- Drive delivery of complex prototyping projects across hardware platforms, and customer design environments.
- Identify, analyze, and clearly communicate software, hardware, and methodology issues to product development teams, ensuring timely prioritization and resolution.
- Provide technical direction and hands-on guidance for large-scale applications
- Establish effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, software and hardware engineering teams, and customer teams to improve product quality, usability, and deployment success.
- Define and promote advanced data-exchange methodologies that enable reliable integration between heterogeneous systems and tools, and foster scalability across a large set of customer deployments.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level technical papers, roadmap updates, project reviews, and presentations for customer management and internal leadership.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, build technical capabilities across the team, and foster best practices in architecture, debugging, customer communication, and project execution.
- Lead highly complex projects independently, applying expert judgment, risk management, and decision-making authority to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- MS with 15 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Prior experience managing a team across multiple time zones
- Verification and EDA experience in a multi cultural structure
- Ability to travel when necessary, domestic or international
- Deep understanding of prototyping technologies including multi FPGA compile in very large scale systems

The salary range for this position is $180,400 to $324,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. CONTROLLED TECHNOLOGY
This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.
