Key Responsibilities
* Engage enterprise customers across diverse industry segments to drive adoption of Mendix's low-code platform
* Develop and manage strategic sales accounts, building strong relationships with senior executives to deliver business value
* Drive pipeline generation and qualification in collaboration with channel partners, ensuring consistent growth and opportunity creation
* Lead complex sales cycles, including negotiations and procurement, while aligning internal and external stakeholders
* Communicate Mendix's differentiated value proposition at both technical and business levels to accelerate decision-making
* Analyze market feedback and customer insights to inform product strategy and roadmap development
* Navigate formal and informal buying processes, identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and approvers to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
* Collaborate cross-functionally with extended teams to ensure seamless execution across all stages of the sales process
We welcome applicants who meet the following criteria:
* 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience (SaaS or PaaS), with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and performance targets
* Experience selling into large enterprises
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage executive-level relationships, especially at the C-suite
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and coordinating cross-functional teams
* Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification
* High energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively
