This position leads complex financial analyses across forecasts, budgets, cash flows, operating results, and business plans, delivering accurate and actionable insights to support management decision-making. Provides strategic financial support to key stakeholders, ensuring timely access to relevant financial information and consistent adherence to established business processes. Operates with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision.

Essential Functions:

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, including monthly reporting and annual budgeting cycles.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis on trends, capital structure, assets, cash flow, and liabilities to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall business performance, playing a critical role in the preparation of regular management reports.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate and communicate the financial implications of strategic and operational decisions.
• Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimization and improved operational efficiency.
• Recommend and support the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships within finance and across corporate functions.
• Execute a broad range of operational activities and project-based work within area of expertise, as assigned by leadership.

Education and Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or business required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• 12+ years relevant work experience required.
• Hyperion, Essbase/Smartview, SAP and Business Objects experience a plus.
