* Coordinate cross-functional teams including Emulation, IT, Facilities, Network, Security, and Vendors
* Track dependencies, manage change requests, and communicate project status to stakeholders
* Emulation Hardware & Lab Support
* Manage support activities for emulation platforms (e.g., Strato product family, Primo-CS product family, ProFPGA-CS product family)
* Coordinate hardware installs, rack/stack, power, cooling, cabling, and network connectivity
* Oversee hardware break/fix, RMA processes, and vendor escalations
* Ensure lab readiness, access control, and compliance with safety and security requirements
* Infrastructure & Operations
* Partner with IT teams on OS provisioning, firmware updates, storage, and network integration
* Support data center and lab migrations (on-prem, colocation, or hybrid environments)

* Lead regular syncs, issue reviews, and post-mortems
* Communicate clearly with engineering leadership and end users
* Process Improvement & Reporting
* Define KPIs for project delivery, system availability, and support responsiveness
* Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and asset tracking
Qualifications:
* Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience: 10+ years in hardware operations/Project roles.
* PMP or Agile certification or Equivalent experience

* Stakeholder Communication: Skill in translating technical incidents into business impact reports for executives.
* Innovation: History of implementing cost-saving initiatives (e.g., predictive maintenance algorithms reducing hardware CAPEX by 15%).
Key Skills:
* Project planning and execution
* Risk and dependency management
