Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Fremont, CA is $191,048 - $308,000 per year and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Responsible for pre-sales, post-sales and technical support of Catapult High Level Synthesis, Verification and power optimization; assisting Account Managers to determine sales execution strategy by identifying and qualifying the match-up between customer needs and EDA solutions; delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations; creating and executing winning evaluations, and driving technical engagements to success and business win; supporting customers with deployment of Catapult HLS solutions and continued proliferation into broader design groups and user base; providing technical support to customers in both pre-sales and post-sales situations including technical problem resolution and training; and performing beta testing and collaborating with R&D and Marketing to assist and shape product direction.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in an Consultant Application Engineer-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following: 

1. C++, C, SystemC.

2. Verilog and System Verilog.

3. VHDL.

4. Digital Signal Processing.

5. Digital Design/ RTL Design.

6. High Level Synthesis.

7. MATLAB.

8. Pre-sales and post-sales.

9. Working with ASIC Design.

20% domestic travel required. Telecommuting may be permissible pursuant to company policy. [HYBRID role].
