You'll make a difference by:
* Designing and delivering innovative software with AI integration.
* Driving AI4SDLC initiatives across multiple development segments.
* Leading experimentation and validating new AI/GenAI use cases.
* Sharing expertise to build internal AI capabilities across teams.
* Ensuring high-quality solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
* Support internal knowledge building (learning paths, best practices in AI/GenAI).
Your success is grounded in:
* Solid software engineering background (Python - must. .NET C#, or equivalent).
* Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools and frameworks, Agents and MCPs.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
* Beneficial: cloud (AWS), DevOps, AI frameworks.
