Join our CF R 7 SW GA IN GL team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as an Accountant and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy & completeness of our financial statements, provide financial insights to our management, and driving the digital transformation of our accounting function. You will have end-to-end responsibility for the Accounting, Tax and Compliance of the legal entity assigned and have a chance to participate in other complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
This position is part of the General Accounting team and reports to the Manager Accounting. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibility:
As a member of a team responsible for technical accounting for the region, you will perform full-cycle accounting, preparation of various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and fluctuation analysis for management and internal/external auditors. You will also be responsible for local taxes and compliance.
As part of our month and quarter-end close activities, you will prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze our financial performance.
You will participate in a wide range of process improvement initiatives related to accounting and/or finance. With a passion for technology, you will be supporting the integration or implementation of other finance and reporting system changes.
Qualifications:
* Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.
* Have a Chartered Accountant degree, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in a similar role / Big4 experience preferred.
* Display solid accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
* Showcase strong communication and presentation skills.
* Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
* Have experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
* Be excited to collaborate with our finance and business teams in the office for 3 days per week.
