Position Overview
Our America's Business Analyst Team is growing and looking for a Business Operations Associate Manager. This Business Operations Associate Manager will handle supporting our executive management team in exciting our sales team and ensuring our targets are met.
Responsibilities
Completes FinancialBusiness reporting activities to support Industry Vice Presidents to understand and measure health of our business, as well as performs financial analysis regarding trends, financial structure, support Sales Rep Compensation issues etc. and special project related topics
* Support for global internal allocation order splits
* Preparation of monthly executive Sales Review Call (SRC) meetings and weekly forecast calls
* Intermediate role as a business translator between Sales and Finance (ensure bi-directional communication)
* Monitors key performance indicators and business performance
* May also contribute to the (further) development of concepts and standards in their area of expertise based on operational experience.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
This position will require 10+ years of financial reporting experience, and an MBA or other post-graduate degree is preferred
* Proven track-record in critical analysis and the ability to deep dive into problems
* Strategic and entrepreneurial orientation/ mind set
* Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
* Ability to visualize project process in PPT, EXCEL, Dashboarding and Management-Level Reporting
* Prefer experience with SAP, Essbase, Salesforce, Callidus
* Must have a good attitude and know how to make work enjoyable, curiosity required
* Consistently dependable, self-motivated, flexible, and highly driven individual
