Position Overview

As a QA Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the quality of our enterprise SaaS products. Working closely with Product Management, QA Engineers, and Software Development teams, you'll conceptualize, design, and implement innovative test automation solutions that directly impact product reliability and customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity to influence standards in quality engineering, work on complex large-scale systems, and continuously grow your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks that support continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Create robust, maintainable test scripts using modern tools and standards to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to analyze test scenarios and design effective automation strategies
• Drive efficient test scheduling, execution, and reporting to provide actionable quality insights
• Solve and optimize test automation performance on large-scale systems
• Document test plans, testing conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate coverage and control
• Mentor team members on test automation protocols and quality engineering standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks using Cypress and/or Nightwatch.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Intermediate to Expert level experience with REST API-driven automation and API-level testing
• Proven experience in test planning, design, test strategy, and execution of complex systems
• Experience with JIRA and modern testing tools/frameworks

Preferred:

• Familiarity with additional automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, JUnit, PyTest, TestNG)
• Experience with UI and API level testing strategies
• Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting in large-scale systems

Benefits & Compensation

The salary range for this position is RSD 4,704,400 to RSD 8,467,900 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
