Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to join our growing product team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, improving product development workflows, and enabling product managers to focus on delivering exceptional value to our users. You will be the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams—ensuring alignment, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Product Processes: Design, implement, and continuously improve product development workflows, sprint planning, and release management.
- Data & Insights: Build and maintain dashboards, analyze product usage data, and provide actionable insights to product teams.
- Tool Management: Own and manage product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Product board), ensuring they are effectively used across teams.
- Feedback Management: Centralize and synthesize customer feedback from support, sales, and user research to inform product decisions.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Enablement & Training: Onboard new product team members, maintain documentation, and promote best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Strong knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard)
- Passion for improving processes and enabling teams to do their best work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS or tech company
- Background in data analysis or business operations
- Familiarity with developer platforms or APIs
This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

The salary range for this position is $126,100 to $227,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
