Responsibilities

Conduct research on assigned prospect accounts to gather customer intelligence.
*
Prepare and execute daily outbound calls and social media outreach to prospect new business opportunities.
*
Increase awareness within prospect accounts about Siemens Software products and services through web, social media, email, and primarily phone engagement.
*
Enrich and maintain Siemens' internal Customer Relationship Management systems (Eloqua and Salesforce) to identify and follow up on new sales opportunities.
*
Track and document prospect account activities in a structured manner to support the development of a strong sales pipeline.
*
Ensure that prospecting activities align with the target criteria of the assigned portfolio.

About You
*
You recently graduated (within the past year) or are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a combination of Business and Technology.
*
Interest in industrial software or digital technologies is considered a strong advantage.
*
Ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels while driving new business opportunities remotely through confidence, persistence, and creative problem-solving.
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, combined with excellent listening and storytelling abilities.
*
Curiosity to research markets, understand customer needs, and craft compelling outreach and value propositions.
*
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple opportunities while working independently and collaboratively.
*
Strong interest in marketing, technology, business planning, and sales, with the ability to adapt and apply innovative ideas effectively.
