About the Role

A security classification is required for this position. Candidates with a valid, existing security classification are preferred.
This role is based in Airport City, Israel. While hybrid working is available, a willingness to travel to our customer sites is essential.

As our Infrastructure Architect, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our enterprise application solutions. Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of strategic design, hands-on implementation, and operational excellence:
* Enterprise Architecture & Operations: Design, deploy, and manage robust infrastructure on both Linux and Windows platforms. You'll be key in provisioning, scaling, and maintaining our systems for optimal performance of critical customer workloads
* Security & Incident Resolution: Proactively identify and apply vulnerability remediations, efficiently resolve infrastructure tickets, and conduct thorough root cause analyses to prevent recurrence
* Collaboration & Automation: Liaise effectively with support teams, communicate clearly with all collaborators, and champion automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
* Scripting & Support: Develop and maintain essential PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripts to streamline operations. You'll also participate in occasional weekend/holiday shifts as part of our team roster to ensure continuous support

To thrive in this role, you'll need a blend of hands-on experience, strong technical competence, and a collaborative spirit:
* Proven hands-on experience supporting customer production workloads in dynamic cloud environments
* Solid knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
* Strong expertise in Linux system administration, Active Directory user management, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
* Awareness and understanding of database concepts (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a systematic approach to challenges.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English; a process-oriented, collaborative team player with a strong learning attitude
