Job Requirements
1. Work with the IC or package designers by leveraging experience at Multiphysics.
2. Work closely with the customers to address their needs utilizing calibre 3Dstack/3Dthermal/3Dstress and other SiemensEDA products and services, such as DRC/LVS/xACT/PERC.
3. Deliver and conduct technical presentations, demo and training for tool promotion and tool usage expansion.
4. Provide evaluation, benchmark and support initial customer deployment. For example, setup calibre 3Dsolution flow based on customer's requirement.
5. Knowledgeable to identify bottlenecks and work around, file improvement suggestions based on customers' future needs.
6. Establish close relationship with customers to help facilitate achieving sales objectives and to provide ongoing services.
7. Communication with R&D with field technical needs based on business requirements
Job Qualifications
1. MSEE or BS in EE background.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Multiphysics, such as:
- proficient in thermal analysis or simulation for die or package
- strong in stress analysis or simulation for die or package
- familiar with 3DIC design
3. familiar with IC physical verification, such as:
- chip-level DRC/LVS
- Custom IC and ASIC IC design flow
4. Program ability like TCL, perl.. etc
5. Knowledge of LINUX.
6. Strong customer interaction skills
7. A team player as well as independent worker
8. Good English communication skill, speaking and writing.
