This role reports directly to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and will work in a team environment that provides support and guidance to ensure that Strategic Procurement is effectively serving its internal stakeholders.
Position Overview
The Procurement Buyer will be directly accountable for overall management of contracts for the assigned procurement category. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated person with professional experience in procurement capable of both hands-on individual contribution and thought leadership. This person will work independently and cross functionally with the various teams to provide support and accountability throughout the P2P lifecycle.
You Will:
- Manage assigned categories for all procurement functions including category strategic/tactical tasks
- Perform RFP/negotiations, contract negotiations and supplier management
- Complete annual cost savings initiatives and projects for the assigned Categories
- Proactively monitors vendor performance and strategic agreements in order to achieve cost savings targets
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Legal, Sourcing, Security & Risk Teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Be an Ambassador for the Procurement Team
Qualifications
- 3+ years working in a procurement department (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word), Adobe
- BS/BA degree, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business (is a plus)

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is 498,600 pesos to 1,096,900 pesos and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
